Greetings Queens and Kings!! My name is Jae, I am here to provide you with a full range of hair care services. I Have over +10 years of experience, and love to stay up with current hair styles!!!! Policies
I have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through these doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return. Take a quick read and If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
- Every appointment requires a $50 non-refundable deposit . Without deposit your appointment will not be locked in and will be available to others (This deposit goes towards your final total, Zelle, Apple Pay, & Cash App).
-If CASHapp is your form of payment a service fee will be added
- Wicks and Instant locs are excluded as consultation is needed. ($50 to half of service may be required, especially for new customers)
- Appointment is canceled after 20 minutes of no show/no call, I have back to back clients and need time to prep for each one.
- May cancel and reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment without lose of deposit, after 24 hours a NEW deposit is required. (no exceptions)
- No matter if deposit was sent or not after 3 no shows , I will no longer take you as a client
- I take children ages 6 and up
- I will wash hair ( upon request only $$)
- Remember to lot a majority of your day to your appointment, different textures and length of hair factor into your appointment time
-I do not provide hair (except braiding hair) but feel free to ask about any recommendation.
-NO EXTRA company (NO EXCEPTIONS), unless you are bringing a child and would like to stay. This is STRICKLY Enforced, due to limited seating.

Wicks
WICK MAINTENANCE (Basic Root)(Full Wick)(Reconstructions) $18-50 per wick This depends on what kind of maintenance you need and the work that will be done!
STARTING WICKS FROM DREADS !!!!!!!!
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND BEFORE BOOKING Wick prices START at $100 per wick (unless they are above your shoulders)
Loc combination and Wicks are two different things
$100 deposit to half of total payment is due before we start due to pricing
The process consist of loc combing or threading locs separately, then instant Locking (Crocheting) multiple locs to resemble one thicker loc.
This process can sometimes take one to three days and even longer depending on length of hair and how many locs you have ! please be sure to have the entire day open.

Broken or damaged locs can be a nuisance!! I can help with that! Bring in any locs that have broken off or in the process of breaking and I can get you back right!

Starter Wicks
Must have consultation prices range depending on how many wicks are wanted and the length of hair .
Starter wicks at the natural hair state are less expensive then wicks being made from locs .
Hair must be in its natural state !
Cancellations
I do my best to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, let me know. Please inform me within 24 hour notice so that I can plan accordingly. After 24 hour notice has passed the non-refundable deposit will be void when setting a new appointment. A new deposit will have to be made. I cannot guarantee that if late you will be able to be taken the same day. After 25 minutes your appointment is canceled, so that I can keep on schedule with my other clients for the day. Thank you
